I applied online via the HealthPartners website and it took about 15 minutes. A week later, an HR person contacted me saying I'd get an email for an online assessment, which took a while and felt unnecessary. Two days later, HR emailed about setting up a phone interview. The 30-minute phone interview was typical 'Tell me about a time when' questions, and it was pretty simple. The interviewer was friendly and even called me back after my cell phone dropped. After the phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview the next day with a Member Services manager. That interview was also simple and went smoothly. I was then asked to meet one more person, and that interview went quickly too and felt good. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the next week. The following Monday, a Member Services Manager called to offer me the position, contingent on a background check. The background check was simple, just verifying high school graduation and criminal record. Five days later, I got an email confirming I passed the background check.

I found the job online and then 3 days later got an email to do an online assessment that took about half an hour. A few days after that, I had a phone chat with the HR recruiter. Then, 3 days after that, I went in and met with two Member Services Supervisors and a manager. I got the offer just 2 days after the in-person interview. Everything happened pretty fast, and all the people I talked to were really nice and helpful.

It was just a phone interview, no in person interview. They asked a lot of situational questions about your past customer service experience. Also asked about your experience with microsoft products. They also make people take a personality assessment, that they send over e-mail. Overall, the interview was pretty easy. Only took about 20 minutes.
