The interview process started with a call to check general fit and availability. This was followed by a technical phone interview that focused on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills using platforms like HackerRank. After clearing the coding round, I had two technical interviews with senior developers where I was asked to explain past projects, system design concepts, and answer in-depth technical questions. The final round involved a panel interview that included behavioral and situational questions. The overall process was challenging but fair, and communication from the recruiters was timely and professional.

Got contacted by the recruiter a few days after I applied and we set up a 30 min intro call for the next day. It was a standard call about the basic duties of the role, why I was interested in the company, and what the next steps would be (the call was actually less than 20 mins). Then, I had a second round, a 30-min chat with the hiring manager where we talked about the role, my qualifications, and my interests in the company. From our conversation, it didn't seem like there were many chances for growth. I got rejected 3 weeks after the second round.

The company visited campus for recruitment, and the entire process, including tests and interviews, took about a month and a half. Initially, there was a test focusing on Programming and Computer Science Fundamentals. This was followed by a PI round with 50 mental aptitude questions to be completed in 12 minutes. Subsequently, there were two technical interview rounds where communication skills were highly valued. The interviews covered topics like OOPS, OS, DBMS, SQL, and CN, along with a general overview of DSA. Each technical interview round included two coding questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found this PM role on LinkedIn and applied. The recruiter reached out, and I ended up doing 5 video interviews. It all kicked off in early September and wrapped up on Friday, September 15th. They said a decision would be made Monday, but I'm still waiting, and they haven't been in touch lately. I was told I made it to the final round. I've emailed the recruiter multiple times, but they keep saying no decision has been made. I'm definitely not interested in working there anymore, feels like a waste of my time.
