The interview process started with a call to check general fit and availability. This was followed by a technical phone interview that focused on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills using platforms like HackerRank. After clearing the coding round, I had two technical interviews with senior developers where I was asked to explain past projects, system design concepts, and answer in-depth technical questions. The final round involved a panel interview that included behavioral and situational questions. The overall process was challenging but fair, and communication from the recruiters was timely and professional.

Coding Technical Behavioral

The interview had 5 rounds. The first two were technical, the third was managerial, and the fourth was a cognitive PI test, followed by an HR round. I was told the first round would be easy with 3 coding questions, which I completed, and then questions on oops concepts and polymorphism. After that, HR called saying the next round would focus on Spring Boot and problem-solving. However, the HR misled me; the second interviewer didn't ask any Java-related questions. Instead, they presented a large, complex problem statement in the health domain with numerous parameters and asked for a solution. I proposed an algorithm based on the given information, but it was rejected, and the interviewer provided a solution that seemed nonsensical given all the parameters. It was a really bad experience.

Technical Behavioral Coding

The interview process was great, with three main steps: two technical interviews and one managerial interview focusing on cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills, followed by an HR round. It all began with a recruiter reaching out after I applied, and we exchanged emails to set up a virtual interview with a technical panel. The whole experience was smooth and quick. I also want to highlight that the recruiter, Malathi, provided feedback after each interview stage. The HR round with Som was also noteworthy; they explained the company and benefits clearly and addressed all my questions calmly.
