The recruiter contacted me, and since I was serving notice, they quickly sent over a test and asked me to finish it by the next day. I did, and then they set up the first interview, which went well. It focused on my software developer background, tech knowledge, and a use case where I had to create features and stories for a mobile app login page. The second round was also set up fast and went smoothly. The interviewer asked about my past work and some behavioral questions. It all went well, and the interviewer seemed happy. After that, the recruiter didn't give any feedback and totally ghosted me. I'd seen reviews about this company ghosting candidates, but I figured they'd improved because the recruiter was so rushed at first. It's disappointing not to even get a rejection email with some general feedback.

I had a really professional experience with this interview process. It started with a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager about my background and different company roles. I was then referred to a specific team and area, where I chatted with that area's hiring manager. Finally, I was interviewed by various panels from both Burlington and India. The whole process took a little over 3 to 4 weeks.

  • Could you walk me through some hypothetical scenarios?
