Behavioral Technical Group

It was a behavioral interview, then a technical interview, and then a panel interview. The behavioral interview was pretty simple. The technical interview included some SQL questions and basic critical thinking questions. Finally, there was a panel interview with 3 people back to back.

Technical Case Coding

So besides the initial HR chat, there are two main rounds. The first round is a technical one, and it's pretty intense. You'll do a role-play where one interviewer is the client and the other helps with some technical stuff. There's also a case study where the client lays out their needs. Your task is to ask all the right questions to get as much info as possible and then come up with a solid solution.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Were there case study-based questions?
  • Were the questions more rigorous on SQL?

Technical Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone screen, then two personality interviews, followed by a final panel interview. An HR system confirmed I was still in the running via email. The final round finished early, and instead of cloud questions, I was asked about on-prem network admin, specifically Layer 2-3 of the OSI model and ARP protocol. After a 6-week ghosting period, I received an automated rejection email. It felt like a pointless process with pointless questions and a refusal.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me at which layer of the OSI model a switch operates?

Coding Presentation Behavioral Other

The interview process began with a phone call from HR, followed by a standard coding interview. The next stage was a very unusual "mache" interview with peers and a director. In this part, you're given a situation and expected to "run a meeting," "show code," and "create visualizations" based on this simulated experience, all while you're supposed to be preparing for and running the meeting simultaneously. I personally feel unprepared and overwhelmed by this type of interview because I prefer to come to meetings prepared with an agenda. It made me question the company culture if this is the norm for coming in and coding/creating on the fly. I didn't get to showcase my actual strengths, but it definitely highlighted my stress when unprepared. Aside from that specific interview, the rest of the process was straightforward and quite simple.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Conduct a meeting about a given healthcare topic.
  • Present code demonstrating your work on the meeting topic.
  • Generate visualizations relevant to the meeting's subject matter.
