The interview process was very easy to crack. All you need is basic information and knowledge about the financial services, and it was easy. The manager was the one who took the interview. They have two groups inside the office: one is secured loans, and another is unsecured loans. Personally, I feel unsecured loans are good to fetch some good money.

First, we'll do a quick check to make sure you meet the basic requirements for the role. A recruiter or someone from HR will reach out. If you seem like a good fit, we'll schedule a call to discuss your career goals, past work experience, when you're available, and what you expect salary-wise. This is usually about 20-30 minutes over the phone or video and it's to check if you're generally a good fit, communicate well, and are still interested.
