We had pool interviews in Ahmadabad. I'm from the '17 batch of B. K. School of Business Management. Other schools present were KS college, LJ Institute (where 100+ applicants competed for 2-3 spots), United World, Saint Kabir, and GLS. There were over 300 applicants in total, with only 10 from B. K., and 4 of them got placed. Overall, about 14-15 out of 300+ were placed, with 9 in the Credit department and 5-6 in marketing/sales. It was a one-day process. First, there was an exam for credit managers, focusing purely on finance questions. Then, we had a Group Discussion (GD) for both credit and sales roles. Normal topics were given for the GD, but only two people were selected from each group. Finally, after the exams and GD, I believe 30-35 students remained for interviews, and 14-15 were ultimately placed.

The hiring process was an elimination round with two interviewers. They asked a lot about databases, networking, and coding. It was a good experience overall, tough but good. The office atmosphere was also nice.
