I had a 30-minute phone chat with a recruiter first. Then, a Director interviewed me for 45 minutes, covering technical and behavioral stuff. After that, I had a super day at their Richmond office.

After submitting an online application, you'll go through a couple of interviews. First up is a chat with either HR or an analyst. If that goes well, you'll have a second interview with someone from the team, and then there's the assessment centre.

Financial Analyst
It was a three interview super day (Case, Technical, Behavioral) followed by a lunch with two junior analysts. All in person in Richmond headquarters office. All technicals from 500 question bank
- Analyze the provided short CIM case study.
- Describe the business presented in the case study.
- Model the business based on the case study information.
Summer Analyst
The interview process was quite smooth, consisting of 2 rounds. It's crucial to submit your application early. The initial round involved a screening with someone from the America office, focusing on standard motivational and CV-related questions. The final round comprised 5 consecutive interviews at the London office, with flights and accommodation covered. While there were some basic technical questions, the majority were behavioral. Preparing using the WSO guide should be sufficient. All interviewers were very pleasant. Feedback was received within a few days after both rounds. My friends who weren't successful took much longer to hear back.
- What would be the outcome if a factory was purchased for 100€ and subsequently depreciated by 10€?
- Could you explain your interest in the middle market?
