I was contacted through on-campus recruiting events like information sessions and social hours. After attending these, I applied via the university's career center and had an on-campus interview about a week later. Most of the communication about the process came via email from a current Investment Banking Analyst, along with the corporate recruiter at the company's headquarters. They were pretty quick to respond, usually within 24 hours. The people I spoke with seemed really friendly and energetic. Just be ready to dive into technical questions whenever they come up.

It started with a virtual first-round interview to see if I was a good fit and if I had the right qualifications. After that, the successful candidates were invited for an in-person Superday. The Superday was a bunch of interviews happening back-to-back with different people from the team. It was also a chance to meet people and get a feel for what it's like to work at the firm.
