Behavioral Presentation Group

It was a group interview where they put us all in a big room, like 30-45 people, and interviewed us panel style. They'd go around and ask basic questions that we had to answer right there in front of everybody. Then they'd leave, come back, and cut people. The ones still in had to show they could walk with a tray and call out for drinks in front of everyone. Then they'd tell us if we could work there.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview, followed by an in-person panel interview and a presentation. The panel interview was behavioral-based.
