First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hanesbrands.
Intern
The interview started with basic resume questions, and HR questions were asked in the same round. We discussed projects, hobbies, and interests. I was asked to explain my projects in detail and their real-life impacts. Also, I was asked about any publications and to explain them, and how I collaborated in the projects.
- Can you discuss your resume in brief?
- Could you elaborate on your projects?
- What about your hobbies and interests?
Production Assistant
You go to security and they ask for basic documentation, then they send you to HR for an interview. They do some psychometric tests, medical exams, and a drug test. Afterwards, they talk to you about the job and when you would start. They give you instructions for the induction course. It's all brief and clear, and in the end, you get training depending on the position.
- Are you available to start immediately?
- Do you have previous experience?
- Are you eager to learn?
Sales
So, the interview had a panel, right? Three people were there. They asked three questions each, and each question was actually like a three-part thing. They were all about, like, 'Tell me a time when you did X, Y, and Z,' basically situational and behavioral stuff. They really wanted to see how I think and solve problems. They asked everyone the same questions in the same order, which made it kinda tricky to know if I was hitting all the points they were looking for.
- There were 3 interviews, with one being a Panel Interview featuring three people and multiple questions.
Digital Asset Management Specialist
Recruiter hit me up the morning after I applied on LinkedIn. The interview was pretty straightforward, about 30 minutes. They were looking for a ton of experience and didn't mention the salary range. They should have, because while the first 25 minutes were great, it all went south when they asked for my salary expectations and told me their max budget was half of what I wanted. Total waste of my time.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Digital Asset Management?
