Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hanesbrands.
Sales
So, the interview had a panel, right? Three people were there. They asked three questions each, and each question was actually like a three-part thing. They were all about, like, 'Tell me a time when you did X, Y, and Z,' basically situational and behavioral stuff. They really wanted to see how I think and solve problems. They asked everyone the same questions in the same order, which made it kinda tricky to know if I was hitting all the points they were looking for.
- There were 3 interviews, with one being a Panel Interview featuring three people and multiple questions.
Retail Sales Assistant
The interview process included a mix of one-on-one chats, individual tasks, and some group activities. It wrapped up with a final one-on-one where you'd find out if you answered specific questions correctly and then get the selection decision.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- What's your relevant experience?
- Describe your personality.
Sales Assistant
Had a Zoom chat with the store manager. I was asked a few basic questions about my past experiences, my strong points, areas for improvement, and when I can work. The manager was really friendly and explained the job details well. It was about 15 minutes long.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths?
