Campus Recruiting Manager
The process began with an agency recruiter, then an hour-long interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a nearly three-hour online assessment, and then another one-hour interview with the company’s psychologist. After all that, I got a brief text saying they weren't moving forward, without any feedback.

Management Development Program
I applied through Handshake and a recruiter emailed me for a phone interview. It went well and lasted about 45 minutes, with questions about my strengths, weaknesses, and examples of taking initiative. After that, I had to complete several online assessments: a numerical and verbal reasoning test, which felt outdated and confusing, and a personality assessment that seemed to push for a specific response. I didn't hear back after completing them.
- Can you describe your greatest strengths and areas for improvement?
- Describe a situation where you proactively took steps to resolve an issue at work.
