A friend who works at the company recommended me for a position. About a month later, the hiring manager gave me a quick call for a phone interview. A few days after that, I got an email to set up an interview. A week later, I interviewed, and then I had informal chats with two store managers the following week. Within a week of my last store manager chat, I got an offer, but it needed a background check first. That took another two weeks, and then I picked my start date. The whole thing took about three months.

I got a call about a week after I emailed my resume. We had a quick 10-15 minute chat over the phone, and then I did an online IQ test. After that, I went to a branch for an in-person interview and another intelligence test. Then, I had some take-home personality and skills tests. Later, I was invited to the corporate office to interview with the program coordinator. I also met with the company psychologist for a verbal evaluation and had a couple more interviews with upper management. They called me with the offer. The whole thing took about 7 weeks from resume to offer.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process started with a phone call from the recruiter. They asked standard get-to-know-you questions and were friendly. After that, I had to complete a series of assessments: math, verbal, and personality. I was told the next step would be meeting with a psychologist to review my assessments and check for 'red flags.' But, when I got on the phone, it turned out to be an interview with a psychologist from an external consulting firm, who was interviewing candidates before the final round. It wasn't just a review of the assessments.
