Inside Sales Representative
It was three interview stages. First was a phone screening for basic info. Second was a longer behavior phone interview. Third was an in person interview at the office. It went pretty smoothly overall.
- What is it about this company that draws you in?
Sales Trainee
The whole process took more than 3 months. I had lunch twice with the PC manager and once with the Warehouse manager and Assistant PC manager. Mostly we discussed the state of the industry in our area. It wasn't a typical interview, I think they were checking my conversation skills. I had to take the Wonderlic IQ test and score at least 27. A drug test and background check were also required. A college degree was necessary for the job.
- Could you discuss the current state of our local industry?
Sales
First, you take an online test that's similar to the SAT, called Wonderlic. It has some tricky math and logic questions. If you pass that, you go to the office for another Wonderlic test with different questions. After passing that one, you interview with the manager. The interview depends on the branch you're applying to.
