Researcher
This company shows a serious lack of professionalism and commitment. They post job openings, interview candidates, give positive feedback, and then end up hiring the owner's friend's son. I wouldn't recommend applying unless you have a really good inside connection, because that's just how this company operates. Your skills don't matter much.
- What are your motivations for seeking employment with our company?
- Can you share some examples of your past behavior in professional settings?
- Tell me about your technical background and previous work experiences.
Intern
The hiring process was smooth and had 5 steps: an in-person interview with HR, a test, a case study analysis, an interview with the manager, and a conversation with the directors. The whole thing happened quickly, in about a week and a half, which was good. But, in the end, I didn't get clear feedback on why I wasn't chosen, which was a bit confusing and I couldn't figure out what to improve.
- Tell me about your professional experience and unpaid internships.
- How do you handle deadlines and tasks?
- How do you organize yourself?
Recruitment and Selection Assistant
The recruitment and selection professionals did not provide any feedback after the interview. After the interview, they treated me like a stranger, didn't answer my questions on WhatsApp, and simply disappeared. I found it to be a lack of consideration for the candidate and showed that the company doesn't really care about the candidate experience, even though they could become an employee in the future.
- What is your experience with high-volume recruitment?
- How do you handle a high volume of job openings?
Endomarketing Assistant
So I had a really bad interview experience with Moura. After passing the initial screening, they put me in a WhatsApp group with other candidates. We were divided into pairs and given a case study: create a campaign for Women's Day and present it IN PERSON at their office. I should have backed out then, like some others did. But I always admired Moura, so I went ahead, did the campaign, presented it, went back home, and waited for feedback. A week passed, then two, then three. Me and others in the group asked if there was any update. Nothing. I gave up, you know? I found out the position was filled because I coincidentally saw a LinkedIn post from one of the people who did the selection with me celebrating their one-month anniversary in the role. What shocks me the most is that the vacancy was for the Endomarketing department, a sector that's supposed to care for employees. But they didn't show any care for the candidates at all. Dodged a bullet!
