The hiring process was smooth and had 5 steps: an in-person interview with HR, a test, a case study analysis, an interview with the manager, and a conversation with the directors. The whole thing happened quickly, in about a week and a half, which was good. But, in the end, I didn't get clear feedback on why I wasn't chosen, which was a bit confusing and I couldn't figure out what to improve.

Group Presentation Behavioral

The selection process was confusing and unclear. There were delays in all stages compared to the scheduled times. The first stage was a group interview where candidates were paired up for a dynamic where they had to talk to each other and then present the other person. Afterward, each candidate answered a specific question. For the second stage, we were told that those who passed would have an interview with the manager. However, the second stage involved an individual presentation activity and, on the same day, a group dynamic, which was a very lengthy and tiring process. The HR person in charge of the selection process gave very confusing information. Initially, the functions and requirements for the role were not clear; this was explained in the second stage by the area managers. I did not receive feedback on the selection process.
