Administrative Assistant
It was cool, very nice, legal and complex and that was it, stay firm, they asked questions and quizzes about various categories even about the company itself, good luck in your interview
- What is your favorite animal?
Administrative Assistant
They first schedule an online interview to introduce the company and the role. During this call, they ask common interview questions focusing on your personal life, like what you do in your free time and who you live with. The next phase is an in-person interview at the work location with the area supervisor and another HR person who joins online. In this interview, they delve deeper into your professional experience, ask if it was easy to reach the location, and inquire about the transportation you'd use if hired. They also ask about your unique qualifications for the job. I didn't feel comfortable with the recruiters; the first one was very robotic, clearly reading from a script, and even repeated what I had already said, rolling her eyes and seeming to force friendliness. The second recruiter seemed uninterested, was chewing her nails, and didn't look at the screen properly while I was speaking. The only person I connected with was the supervisor at the physical interview. On a positive note, they provided feedback after the interview, informing me I didn't proceed to the next stage, which is appreciated as some companies don't do that.
- Tell me about your personal life, your personality, and what you do in your free time.
- Who are the people you live with?
- Can you elaborate on your professional experiences?
Administrative Assistant
I only completed the initial stage and received no feedback from the company. I inquired but got no further responses. The interview was conducted online via Teams and lasted about 20 minutes.
- What experience do you have in the field?
