The interview itself was easy and good, the only problem so far is the delay in responding if I passed or not to do the medical exam. We entered the room all together, then she explains about Astra and the benefits, and then there's a solo interview, and then another solo interview with the leader.

It was a relaxed, friendly, and professional process. The interviewers were easy to talk to and explained how the company works, what the assigned department would be like, among other things. The questions were aimed at truly getting to know me, not superficial ones.

The interview process was really well organized and straightforward, making it easy to understand everything at each step. The atmosphere was also welcoming and nice, showing professionalism and respect for all candidates. Even though I wasn't chosen, I still have a great impression of the company and how they value each person who participates.

They dove right into Golang specifics, asking about my experience with microservices and different service design patterns. I was able to highlight some solid projects I've worked on, where I had to design and deploy scalable microservices. I think I nailed this section; I could tell they were interested in how I approach issues like latency and error handling. But then they threw in some questions on advanced concurrency patterns in Golang. I knew the basics but hadn’t used some of the specific techniques they were referencing in a real project. I had to admit that I didn’t have hands-on experience with those particular concurrency patterns, which I think they noted.

  • How do you approach to working with cross-functional teams
