Had a quick interview with the manager. It was direct and fast. This was after being recommended to the manager. This followed a group activity competing for another role. The interview was directly with the manager who proposed the hiring right away. Then, there was an interview with the psychologist who discussed the compensation, benefits, and start date.

First, there's a completely unnecessary psychometric test, even though there isn't even a specific opening. The second stage is a group activity, which, despite being a bit disconnected from the actual job needs, is different from other companies and focuses more on cooperation than competition among candidates. That's a good point. The interview stages are quicker, but the managers aren't in sync, so you might have to go multiple times if more than one manager is interested. The company doesn't provide feedback if they don't like you, which is a negative. When it gets to the onboarding process, everything happens fast, no delays, which is positive.

I went through the process twice for the Process Analyst role. The second time, even though I had already completed the in-person group dynamics and personal presentation stages, they made me do it all again. On both occasions, I advanced to the interview with the manager but was not successful. I didn't receive any feedback or notification of rejection; I only got a platform notification months later.
