The intervals between the selection process stages were very quick. They are divided as follows: skills test, math and logic exam, interview, and medical exams. It's a very good company that highly values its young apprentices. If you get bad grades at school, you don't get in. You need to be an average to good student.

After that, I had a more detailed interview with the managers or people who would be using my work to check my technical skills and if I'd fit in. Finally, we got to talking about the offer.
