It was an in-person interview with an HR specialist and an engineer. We had a casual chat with personal and academic questions at the workplace. The HR person wrote the personal questions, and the engineer wrote the technical ones.

Essa parte quero deixar uma crítica, pois a entrevista com o gestor não foi muito agradável, o mesmo demostrou uma arrogância na abordagem de temas técnicos, fazendo pergunta e ao mesmo tempo não deixando responder atropelando minha resposta. A forma de tratamento dele, eu percebi que não é um bom gestor, pois no meio da entrevista o telefone dele tocou e ele começou a delegar ordem de forma grosseria para quem está na linha.

It was a virtual interview with a consultant. It lasted about 1 hour. Then, they asked me why I was interested in the position and the company specifically. I prepared for this question by researching the company's culture and current projects beforehand, which allowed me to give an authentic and well-founded answer. One of the most challenging questions was about how I handled a complicated problem in a previous project. I described a significant challenge I faced, highlighting my focus on resolution and the positive outcomes. It was a good moment to demonstrate my problem-solving ability and my capacity to work under pressure.

I applied by uploading my CV and they contacted me the next day as they had an active search. First it was by phone, they asked me about my availability, English level, and other general things about my life. I confirmed my interest in participating in the selection process and a few days later they sent me logic, statistics, and reading comprehension evaluations. There are several and you have to be quick answering, but you don't have to answer without knowing because the wrong ones deduct points. You can go back in the test. I sent it and a few days later they confirmed I passed the tests. They agreed to contact me.
