I applied by uploading my CV and they contacted me the next day as they had an active search. First it was by phone, they asked me about my availability, English level, and other general things about my life. I confirmed my interest in participating in the selection process and a few days later they sent me logic, statistics, and reading comprehension evaluations. There are several and you have to be quick answering, but you don't have to answer without knowing because the wrong ones deduct points. You can go back in the test. I sent it and a few days later they confirmed I passed the tests. They agreed to contact me.

It's a lot of questions in a short amount of time, so it's tough if you're not quick. You start with a really easy phone call. If they like you, you get 3 tests to do. After that, there's an online interview and a chat with your potential boss. If you pass all that, you're in.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation Case

It started with a phone call where they asked some questions. If you passed that, you were sent virtual exams. After that, about one or two weeks later, we were invited to a group meeting with 6 candidates and several company people. We had a presentation stage and then a fun part where we had to decide as a group what to do. They were very friendly the whole time and gave us some feedback at the end. Three weeks later, they contacted us again for another interview, this time with the sector head. This one was in person, and they told me about the plant's operations and the tasks I'd do if selected. Then, specific questions to get to know me better, and at the end, they gave me very specific feedback on the group interview and my performance. After that, I had the psychometric test (it lasted 3 hours), which was quite tiring, and we did many different dynamics, and the following week, the medical exams.
