Overall a positive interview process, most interviewers were friendly and seemed like they wanted to be there. The only negative feedback I can provide is the fact that I made it through all rounds of the interview process just to get a generic rejection email, stating that they cannot provide individual feedback at this stage of the interview process. I did all the stages so I was a little frustrated they couldn't provide real feedback. I had the experience, however they are definitely looking for someone that matches their company culture.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter was really on top of things throughout the whole process. I went through 3 interviews for this role, and the first two went great. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. The third interview, however, wasn't as good. The person seemed uninterested and distracted, not very welcoming. But overall, I don't have any major issues with how the process went. It was also quite fast, with the recruiter scheduling the interviews within a few days to a week of each other.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had 3 interviews, but the 4th interview got canceled by HR just 40 minutes before it was scheduled. They sent a message saying they were pausing hiring for this role but would like to keep in touch about other roles. The cancellation at the last minute confused me, especially since it was scheduled a week in advance, and it felt disrespectful of my time. The other interviews were okay, though one interviewer rescheduled and then conducted my interview from their car, which felt unprofessional and made it hard to hear. Overall, the company seemed disorganized.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

I'm still in the middle of the interview process, but I had to share how impressed I am with this Company and its people. I found Grin while looking for new tech to help businesses connect with their target audiences. With Apple's IOS privacy changes and Google following suit, it's gotten harder for companies to reach customers. Grin's innovative tech solves this problem – it's the future! I reached out to a recruiter named Nyra on LinkedIn with my resume. She forwarded it to different teams, and soon after, Sarah from sales contacted me to set up an interview. Sarah's a great conversationalist, and her passion for the company's mission was really inspiring. After our chat, I got a PI cognitive and behavioral assessment, which was cool because I learned about my strengths and confirmed areas I've been working on. The next steps involve completing a formal application, then a video interview with a BDR Manager (45 min) and some BDR team members (30 min). Before that video round, I have to do a written exercise. Finally, there's a presentation for everyone I've interviewed with. I'm not sure what will happen next, but I'm really hoping to get a spot on this team! 🚀
