I had an interview with the managers and they asked me several questions that required quick and creative answers about situations and possible actions. I didn't get a job offer, but something interesting happened later. Months after the interview, I went to a music festival I had mentioned during the interview and noticed that ALL the suggestions I presented in the conversation were implemented by Greenpeace at the event. At first, I thought it could be a coincidence, but seeing the precision with which my ideas were executed, I felt frustrated. It's disappointing to realize they used my suggestions without offering me the chance to contribute directly as a communication analyst.

I had an interview with 4 women, 3 from the Philippines and 1 HR from Malaysia. They asked a lot about my research experience and methodology. The senior interviewer and HR were friendly, but the others weren't. After the interview, the HR asked for some research-related documents, which I sent along with some job-related questions. I haven't heard back, and there's been no update on my application status. It's a shame because Greenpeace, an NGO focused on environmental and wildlife rights, should have better hiring etiquette.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was the most inclusive, well structured and supportive process i have ever been part of. From the first email to a follow feedback call after being unsuccessful in the final 3. First stage interview with 3 colleagues and experience/competency based questions. Second stage required task preparation and presentation, then a few follow up questions: half related to the presentation, the other half more tough experience specific questions from the Exec team

  • Can you give an overview of your relevant work experience?
  • Describe your leadership style and decision-making process.
