We started with a prescreen interview, then had a chat with your potential supervisor. We talked about why you're interested and your past experiences that are relevant. It wasn't super technical, and you could ask whatever you wanted. The interviewers were really nice and encouraging.
- What are your thoughts on climate change and reducing emissions?

There were 2 Skype interviews. The first was an initial round, and a few days later I had a follow-up second round with the specific department. Both were about 30 minutes long. I got an offer within a week after the second interview, but I only had 2 days to decide if I wanted to accept it.
- Why were you interested in applying to this department?

the interview process was well organized and included behavioral questions. they also explained a lot about the projects and asked about my motivations. there were two interviewers, and they were really interested in my skills and my availability for the working schedule.
