My interview process took almost a month and resulted in no offer. Two of my initial interviews were rescheduled due to GP issues, but none of this was taken into consideration. The process included a phone screen with the recruiter which went well, followed by an interview prep session. Unfortunately, the team canceled my initial interview due to a payment outage. Then there was an interview with two Outside Sales team Managers, followed by additional questions and a personality test. The final stage was an interview with the regional Sales Manager & Management Associate. Be prepared that you'll be doing a lot of work just to get to a "final" interview. Additionally, know that specific metrics that have been verbalized to you at the beginning of the process (30 in-person visits per day) will most-likely change once you get to the end of the process (50 in-person visits per day, verbalized by one of the final interviewers). While I have no idea how any of this is physically possible -- it's something you want to note. Don't waste your time here. Read other interviews and know that your metrics/KPIs will most likely change on a weekly basis, reflected in the fact that it happened to me just within an interview process. Good luck!

The interview process was negative. The first interview was rescheduled about an hour before it was supposed to happen with no explanation. I let that slide because things happen. The next interview went well in my opinion, but I never got the results like they said I would. When I asked about them, I got a poorly written email with a bad excuse for why I wasn't notified. Basically, my time wasn't respected, I didn't learn anything new, and it was a waste of time.

First, you'll have an initial call with a recruiter where they'll ask about your understanding of the role, the skills you bring, and your motivation for joining Gravity. Next, you'll complete a personality test (results aren't shared) and a SWOT analysis. The SWOT is to gauge your self-awareness regarding weaknesses and your approach to overcoming them. The personality test helps determine cultural fit. Then, you'll interview with the Hiring Manager who will dive into your SWOT analysis, teamwork, and experience. Finally, there's a technical interview focused not just on knowing answers, but on your process for finding them, including resource utilization and question asking. Google is permitted. This whole thing takes about a month. My advice: ask lots of questions about the team and culture, let your personality show, and be open about past mistakes.

The interview process was awesome. It involved multiple interviews and each one was great. The initial screening with Keith was super friendly but still professional. I felt really comfortable right away, which is tough when you want the job badly. Then I had more interviews with other Relationship Managers to get a clearer picture of the job and to ask specific questions. I also spoke with the department manager, which gave me a chance to ask more clarifying questions. The whole thing felt more like a chat than a strict interview, which I liked. Keith kept me updated on the hiring progress and let me know immediately if there were any slight delays.
