Behavioral

It was a behavioral interview, but the interviewer was very rude, uninterested, and dismissive. I've never had an interviewer treat me like that before. I was so confused why they even called me in for an interview. They said they'd let me know in a timely manner and they did. I got offered another position before they reached out. But I got a bad vibe.

Behavioral Technical

The process was pretty simple and overall I had a good experience. First, there was an email screening where they asked some questions about why I wanted to work for Gravity and my goals. Then, a phone screening with mostly behavioral questions. Finally, an in-person interview with two hiring managers where they mainly asked about my previous work experiences.

Behavioral Technical

I got an email from a Recruiter who said they wanted to move forward with my application based on my resume. Then, I had to answer some questions and send them back via email. After that, the Recruiter set up a phone interview and asked me to fill out a form. The phone interview went really well, I felt good about it. Following that, the Recruiter scheduled an in-person interview with two hiring Managers from different departments, and I also had to do a quick test before it. I liked the office and everyone I met was nice. The in-person interview also went well, and I was told I'd have another interview if they considered me. I wasn't chosen for the job, but I appreciated the Recruiter calling me back with feedback about why, mainly that my experience was in program management. It was a good experience overall, and I appreciate the effort Gravity Payments puts into people. I'll apply again when other jobs open up.
