It was very simple, they show a video to introduce the company, the people are friendly and they ask you questions to see how you would act in different situations and then they give you a practical test. Because you work in the warehouse, they had you pick products.

Behavioral

It was pretty straightforward, with some management questions asked about handling things like staff sickness and dealing with underperforming employees. The interview itself was friendly, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. They also explained the next steps, which would involve a second interview, likely followed by a trial shift before a final decision.

Behavioral Technical

Started with an HR call, then a technical interview. The technical part didn't involve live coding or direct technical questions. It was more about discussing past experiences. They wanted to understand the technologies I've used by presenting hypothetical scenarios and seeing if I'd use any tools to find solutions. The technical questions were on the easier side, and there were also some questions about company culture and general behavior.

  • What testing tools have you used, and what's your approach to testing?
  • How do you handle the code review process?
  • Do you have experience with scrum agile methodologies?
