It was very simple, they show a video to introduce the company, the people are friendly and they ask you questions to see how you would act in different situations and then they give you a practical test. Because you work in the warehouse, they had you pick products.

Behavioral Case Other

I had 3 interviews and I was brilliant. The questions were simple and situational. I passed and they made me a salary offer which I negotiated. There was no feedback, which I find appalling and I'm glad I'm not part of this inhuman group.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So they had 4 interviews, the first one was with HR, then 3 more with different people. Mostly just general questions about my experience and why I wanted the job. The last interview was kinda weird, they showed me some numbers and asked me to explain them. I mean, how is an external candidate supposed to know what those numbers mean? And then the interviewer wanted the explanation one way, and when I did it, they said they wanted it another way, which was super confusing 'cause they weren't clear. It's a lot of interviews for a warehouse job, honestly. Even bigger companies don't do this much. They really need to fix their hiring process and culture.
