Had a screener interview and then a callback interview the very next day. It was conversational with a few behavioral questions mixed in. I felt I connected well with the partners and associates, and we had good discussions. I got the callback offer about an hour after the initial screener, so things seemed to be progressing quickly.

It was a 30-minute behavioral interview. They mainly asked about my soft skills and if I'd fit in with the company culture. No specific marketing questions, but they did ask a lot about my resume and past experiences, including a lot of scenario questions. I heard back from the hiring team the next day.
