Front Desk Receptionist
The interview went very well. At the end the hiring manager said they would contact me in about 4-5 regarding their decision. It’s been a month later and I have yet receive a call. It would have been nice for them to at least let me know that I didn’t get the job instead of waiting around for an answer

Had a quick chat about skills and what they expect. We went over pay, the teaching plan, how long training lasts, and some different ways to move up. The manager was really nice and understanding. Since Goldfish is a franchise, their teaching plans are all the same everywhere.

Swim Instructor
It was a very easy interview for an entry-level position, with entry-level questions. They are looking for level-headed people who are motivated to do a good job and work with kids to help them learn to swim. Make sure to smile and be nice and friendly.

It was a 2-part process. The phone part was quick to respond to. Then, I had an in-person meeting with several managers, which was efficient. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to the staff who were working at the time. I heard back within a week, though the holidays caused a delay in starting.
