The interview process was straightforward and friendly, with no intentionally difficult questions. However, it seemed like they strongly preferred candidates with prior experience in the marketing or advertising sectors. If you're trying to transition into marketing from another field, it might be better to look for opportunities elsewhere.

Behavioral Technical

I found the role on LinkedIn and my initial chat was with my supervisor. We connected really well, she was great. After that, I spoke with her boss. This second interviewer was quite rude, seemed distracted, and was dismissive, even making a snarky remark about my background. I was taken aback by her attitude. She's apparently been with the company forever and clearly lacks any real-world marketing experience. It was a really disappointing turn.

The role involved having direct reports, and I was asked questions about how I would manage different scenarios and handle conflict with a recruiter under me.
