They went into detail about the job and what is needed and how you would be a good fit. It was a very straightforward process. It started with a phone call, then a Zoom meeting, and after that, you'll hear about their decision. The whole thing takes about a week.

Case Other

The interview process was LONG. I applied on December 23rd and didn't get an offer until March. There were many steps, tests, and people to talk to. I was called in several times and had to take some disorganized tests.

  • Write case studies with minimal to no guidance.
  • Take tests that were either sent late or timed incorrectly.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked about me personally, like my hobbies, education, and why I was interested in the role. There were also some behavioral questions. It was a single Skype interview with someone from the head office, and I got the job right after. Then, I had to pick a shift and go through a two-hour training session on Google Plus. It seems like they mainly want to see if you're good with people, enjoy interacting with them, and have customer service experience.
