Usually GMR recruits at career fairs on campus, but if GMR does not come to your school you have to be asked to apply, as the application does not get posted online. So do job shadows, or ask for an informational interview to get your foot in the door your Junior year. Right away Senior year the application will be due. I had two phone interviews throughout September, then was asked to come in for "GMR Days" with 14 others at the end of October. This is a half-day interview/question panel/speaker event. Offers are made a few weeks later to 2-5 people usually for HQ

A Regional Manager sent an email about a job opening. I replied right away and then had a phone interview with a recruiter from corporate. The call was about 20 minutes long and mostly covered my previous role at GMR and what I did there. It went well, and they said they would set up in-person interviews for the next week, but I never heard back. It's been over four years in the role and I never got a call or email saying I wasn't moving forward, which was disappointing.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. First, there was a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. The in-person part involved meeting with the hiring manager and then a supervisor. The company tends to hire a lot of people at once, so getting to the in-person interview is usually pretty likely. After that, it's all about just being yourself and connecting with whoever you're talking to.
