First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Globo.
Estagiário Superior
I applied through the Cia de Talentos website. There were logic and behavioral tests on the platform. After that, there was a group dynamic where we had to brainstorm an accessibility tool to celebrate globo's 100th anniversary. After that, I had an interview with the managers (which was very good, by the way, they are very empathetic and professional), but the position went to someone with 4 years of prior experience in the area. It's tough, folks!
- How would you handle clients who are unsure about their needs?
- How do you deal with pressure and prioritize tasks?
Analista Tributário
Teve umas etapas antes da entrevista: pegaram meu currículo, fiz prova de inglês, prova de raciocínio lógico e prova de português. Depois disso tudo, me chamaram pra entrevista.
I had an interview with HR, which was a personal presentation where I talked about my career, achievements, and improvements I've made. They wanted to see my technical background and how I fit behaviorally and my impact. Then, I got a practical case with a technical test on Excel, VBA, and Power BI dashboards. I worked hard on it to deliver a complete solution. I never heard back after finishing, and even when I contacted the recruiter, I got no response. This lack of feedback feels uncaring, especially after putting in so much effort.
- Could you share your experience and a notable point in your career trajectory?
Marketing
Globo's hiring process is tough. Candidates do group activities with managers and HR, and take tests for communication, creativity, and proactivity. They look at your experience and resume, so have good answers ready for everything. Getting feedback helps you improve, and a good portfolio shows what you can do. Networking and how you present yourself get you noticed, as does being on time, showing empathy, and working well with others. Knowing the company culture and values is key to doing well. Participating in training and evaluations means you need to be professional. Every step is a chance to advance your career.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
