The interview process was absolutely unprofessional. I got my first email asking for an interview, and they asked if I was available in 2 hours. I was at school, so I proposed another date and received no response until the next week. I followed up on the date I proposed to see if they were still available. The interviewer showed up 10 minutes late into the call, paid no attention, and was chewing gum. Following the call, I emailed back to say thank you and followed up in the following weeks but got ghosted. So glad the interview didn't go through.

The interview process wasn't too bad, it started with a few texts and then a 30-minute in-person interview. However, the staff/manager was really unprofessional towards the end. I felt like I did great for the part-time position after the interview, but then they ghosted me after asking for references and wouldn't respond to any follow-up messages. I would have preferred a quick rejection instead of this long wait. They mentioned I was a good candidate after the interview and would give me a decision the next day, making it seem like I had a good chance. But, the process dragged on for weeks, leaving me hanging with no resolution.

The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The questions asked were relevant and the interviewer was attentive. There is room for negotiation. The duration is about 45 minutes and you might meet several managers. There's a chance to tour the facilities. It was a no-stress environment.

I had an in-person interview with the manager and head of sales. It was pretty casual but they did ask a few situational questions. They made me feel comfortable, though it was still professional. They said they'd contact me about a month later and asked if I was applying to other jobs, to which I said no. They asked me to be patient and that they would get back to me, and not to think they forgot. I never heard back, which I found unfair.
