I got referred for the role by someone who already works there. The whole interview process was pretty relaxed and straightforward. First, I chatted with the operations manager about my previous work history and my reasons for wanting this job. About two days later, the manager for the women's department reached out. She asked pretty much the same things the operations manager did, and also went over the job duties and what's expected. Then, a day after that, I met with the general manager. We talked about salary, and I was offered the job. I finished up some paperwork and was set to start working that same week.

They want you to be dressed in black, with your hair tied back, light makeup, nude or transparent nails, and no flashy jewelry. Then, they'll ask you questions about why you want to be a sales associate and why you chose Armani. You need to know the different Armani brands well, like Armani Jeans, Emporio Armani, EA7, etc. There's also an English test where they'll pretend to be an English-speaking customer, and you'll have to greet them, advise them, and process their payment in English.

It was a pretty chill interview. Two interviews happened. First, I met the store manager at the shop, then I had another chat at the Armani corporate office in NYC with HR. Both chats were super relaxed and simple, no tough questions.
