I had an in-person interview with the manager and head of sales. It was pretty casual but they did ask a few situational questions. They made me feel comfortable, though it was still professional. They said they'd contact me about a month later and asked if I was applying to other jobs, to which I said no. They asked me to be patient and that they would get back to me, and not to think they forgot. I never heard back, which I found unfair.

I was contacted by an employment agency. The interview process involved a call with HR and the showroom manager. The first stage was an interview with the employment agency, and then immediately after, a Teams call that lasted about half an hour. It was a standard interview.
