First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gett.
Project Manager
There were several stages in the interview process. It started with an HR screening, followed by a professional interview, and then a task. There were about 5 to 7 steps in total. Unfortunately, I was screened out after completing the take-home task. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.
- Can you describe a scenario where you dealt with a challenging stakeholder?
- What is your approach to managing projects that have competing priorities?
- Tell me about a project you managed that deviated from the plan and how you course-corrected.
Customer Success
It was a 4 step process, they communicated well and were efficient. They made an effort to make you feel welcome and to show you the office so you could get a sense of the work environment. The questions were pretty standard.
- What motivates you to join Gett?
Sales Executive
It was a 3 step process. The first interview was a screening where they went through my past experiences. The second interview asked more in-depth questions about my sales experience, relationship management, what I know about Gett, activity levels and targets, and my drive to succeed. The third interview was with 2 senior members of staff. The internal recruiter was great throughout but the process was quite slow, if it wasn't for the recruiter's great communication my experience would've been very different.
- Can you tell us more about your experience in relationship building?
- How do you show your drive to succeed?
- What are your typical activity levels and how do you approach targets?
Human Resources
It was a strange interview experience for an HRBP role. The first interview with the manager was tough, and I thought I bombed it. But then the assistant called to schedule two more meetings, which was unexpected because I hadn't heard back. The manager texted me saying I passed. I didn't pass the next interview with the region manager, who isn't in HR, and they also texted me the result. About a week later, an email said I was still in the running. I decided not to follow up and am glad I'm not joining that company.
- Would you prefer working with managers or employees?
