I had 2 interviews, and the people were really nice. It didn't feel pressured at all. The questions were challenging but engaging. I'd say the screening is pretty good given the questions, all in a nice vibe.

So, the first interview was with the Team Lead. We talked about my past projects and they asked me some logic stuff. They also explained what the company does, its structure, and how the team works within it. The lead seemed really sharp. Then, I had an interview with HR, which was super intense, like a interrogation. They dug into my past roles – what I did, how I did it, why I moved on, and what my previous team leads would say about me and my performance. After that, I talked to the Group Lead. More logic questions came up, plus some HR-type questions about why I left certain jobs. The final interview was with the VP of R&D. It started with general questions about me, then moved to a couple of out-of-the-box logic problems that weren't about typical CS data structures.

The entire process was very pleasant and flexible to suit my schedule. I had one HR interview and 2 technical interviews. After I got an offer, prior to getting the contract I had a really nice phone call with the HR representative which detailed all the offer details which was very transparent and well communicated.
