The interview process was fine, but the experience with the hiring team was disappointing. The hiring manager was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in engaging in a two-way conversation. I was asked many questions, but none of mine were meaningfully answered. The panel interview also felt unfriendly and overly focused on what I hadn’t done rather than the strengths and relevant experience I brought. Overall, I would not recommend interviewing with this team. The atmosphere felt negative and not supportive of healthy communication or professional growth.

The interview process involved four rounds. The initial three rounds were fine, although a presentation was required for the third round. Interviewers from the EU and US were professional and respectful. However, during the third interview, the potential line manager asked only one question, while numerous questions from various departments seemed illogical. Subsequently, the HQ HR initiated an unannounced fourth interview, posing irrelevant and unprofessional questions about personal matters like having children or marital status, and inquiring about willingness to work overtime. These were highly disrespectful and concerning, indicating significant red flags with the company.

The interview process was great and really fast, taking about a month from start to finish. It included a phone screening, a phone interview, and a final panel interview. Everyone I spoke with during the phone and panel interviews was very professional. The panel interview specifically involved a lot of talking about research techniques.

I had a phone screen, then a phone interview, followed by an in-person presentation and interview with a panel. After that, the recruiter told me I'd probably get the job and to wait for her call. A week passed, and I didn't hear back. The next week, a new HR person emailed, saying the old recruiter left and she was taking over. She said she'd let me know by the end of that week. Over a week later, I followed up, and she ghosted me completely. Even though I don't care about the role anymore, I'm surprised a big company would be so rude and not even reply to say it was filled.
