It started with an internal recruiter reaching out. Then I had interviews with the talent acquisition team. After that, I moved on to interviews with C-level execs. First up was the COO. Honestly, the bad reviews online aren't accidental. The executive players just aren't qualified. Even worse, they're unprofessional. They're begging me to join and fix their mess, but the interview process is a roller coaster with zero communication for weeks. I politely declined after several interviews and about six weeks into the process.
