The interview process involved one phone call and two in-person meetings at the office. I'm currently in my first week of training. So far, things have been fine, though I've seen some negative reviews online. I'll provide an update in a few weeks, especially after my first paycheck. I turned down other job offers and informed them of my new position, so I'm really hoping this is just training and not some kind of test. They assured me during the interview that there would be no bait and switch, and I received a formal offer.

Behavioral Technical

This was the most dishonest, abusive, misleading interview I've ever had in 13 years. The HR director lied about hiring me, gave me a contract, but then on Monday, I walked into a room with over 15 people and was told about verbal and written exams I had to pass. Even passing doesn't guarantee the job, as they might decide you don't fit their environment. They hire based on their 'feel' rather than credentials or ability. Be careful!

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 2 stage interview process. Pretty standard, took place at the office in Bristol. I was interviewed by one of the senior managers. First was a generic competency-based interview, focusing on my experiences, it was very conversational. Second was a presentation about your sales process and how you would go about getting the close. Then the offer stage.
