Case Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3 round process. It was less tech and more business focused, focusing on culture fitment, case studies and solutions, and previous work experience with data points and use cases. They also asked about why Gale, research company, well and their clients, and how to grow business.

Behavioral Technical

I talked with Gale a few times. I had an in-person chat and also an interview with someone who's in New York. After the fourth round, they sent me an email saying they decided to go a different route. The email basically said, "Let me know if you want to chat about this email." I did say yes, I'd like to talk to get some feedback on how I can get better, but I never heard back from them. It was pretty disappointing because they offered to talk, but then didn't follow up once they were done with me. Makes you wonder about the company culture.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Group

I had 3 rounds for this job. The first was online with a senior QA and it went well. The second round was with someone from upper management, and they were really focused on agile, asking tons of questions. It was weird because they didn't even seem to follow agile themselves. They asked me to come to the office for it, but the interviewer ended up joining virtually from their office. The third round was with another management person who just explained the job tasks. I never heard back, and when I called HR, they said they were hiring other people. No emails at all about the process.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • General questions about software testing.

Technical System Design Behavioral

They had 4 Technical Interview Rounds (Excluding HR). The first was a Basic Discussion about Django and Python and one Regex related problems. The second was a System Design Interview. The third was a Technical Discussion on the product worked on past experiences. The fourth was a Managerial Round. They'll somehow won't provide you an offer and will waste your time in going through all the processes. They need people who don't have any offer and consider them as there last option and only option.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Tell me about Django and Python, and solve a Regex problem.
  • Discuss System Design.
  • Talk about the products you've worked on.
