Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GALE Partners.
Data Scientist
The whole process took about 2 weeks. I started with a basic HR phone screen, then had a technical interview where I was asked some basic SQL questions and had to explain my background experience. After that, I was given a coding challenge to complete over 3 days. I felt like I did well on it, but I still haven't received any feedback, and HR hasn't been responding to my emails. The problem is that to this day, I haven't heard anything back from the company. It's really unprofessional to not get back to candidates or to leave them in the dark after they've spent time on your coding challenges and interviews... it doesn't look good.
