It was a 3 round process. It was less tech and more business focused, focusing on culture fitment, case studies and solutions, and previous work experience with data points and use cases. They also asked about why Gale, research company, well and their clients, and how to grow business.

So, the interview for this role has 3 rounds. The first two are tech interviews, testing your coding, problem solving, and tech knowledge. The last one is an HR chat, mostly about your soft skills, if you fit the team culture, and your personality. Make sure you're ready for both technical and behavioral stuff to nail all the rounds.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, the whole interview process was like three rounds. First two were virtual, then the last one was supposed to be in-person with the senior leaders, took about 3 hours. I finished the second round on Friday and they told me to come in on Tuesday for the final one. But I had prior commitments with my current job stakeholders and clients. So I asked to reschedule to Thursday of the same week. They decided to go with another candidate who could make it on Tuesday and just rejected me. What made it worse was the person leading TA and OD tried to twist things saying I agreed to Tuesday, which was not true. When I asked for feedback on why I didn't even get to the third round, the TA person said they picked someone more flexible. It's kinda wild that they don't respect existing commitments and call you inflexible for honoring them. This org doesn't really seem to value integrity or professionalism. I'd be careful if you're thinking of joining, especially for TA or OD roles, and specifically in Bengaluru.
