Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

It was a four stage interview process, but the third stage had two 1 hour slots back-to-back, making it five interviews total. Then there was a 1 hour discussion about the offer and benefits. Stages were: 1. Recruiter interview (30 mins) 2. Hiring Manager interview (45 mins) 3. Technical whiteboarding (1 hour) 3.5. Team conversation with two members (1 hour) 4. Conversation with VP of Engineering (30 mins) 5. Offer conversation with recruiter & HRBP (1 hour). I really want to highlight how much care the recruiter put into the process. I've never had an offer feel so thoughtful and human as the one I got at Fullscript. After the offer call, I felt heard, and that the offer considered my personal situation, with the recruiter doing what they could to make transitions easier for my family. This human-centric approach made accepting the role an easy decision.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3 round process. First up was a recruiter chat, pretty standard stuff about the role and my background. Then I had an online timed test, which was kinda tough but relevant to the job. They suggested checking their website's FAQ beforehand to speed things up. After passing that, I had a final online interview with the manager and a team lead. It was mostly situational questions about how I do things. They were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. What I really dug was that it was less about typical interview stuff and more about me, my interests, and what I bring, which was cool.

Technical Coding Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved four rounds and took about a month to complete. It started with a phone screen, followed by a technical interview with the Team Lead which included live coding in Python and SQL, plus a take-home assignment using dbt. Next, there was an interview with the Technical Director to discuss the take-home project and role responsibilities. The final stage was a meet-and-greet with the team for a culture fit assessment. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and kind, and I was always kept informed, making it a really enjoyable experience overall. They really emphasize company culture and work/life balance, which is important to me. Salary was discussed during the initial phone screen to save everyone time.

Behavioral Presentation Other

Four rounds of interviews, it's a long process and easily takes two months: - Phone screen - Interview with hiring manager - Interview with director - Meet the team interview Everything went smoothly until the end. I was NOT informed that I would have to present an assignment to the entire team during my last interview. As a result, I was not prepared and could not pull up the assignment, and while I tried to remain calm, it did throw me off. I knew right off the bat I didn't get the job because of this. It's just really disappointing to go through all the steps and to not receive an offer because of miscommunication. Regardless, I did follow-up with them and did not receive a response back. A very disappointing experience overall.
