It was a 4 round interview process, each about 30-45 minutes. I didn't get an offer, and their feedback was pretty generic. It felt like I was a backup option. The process included a Recruiter Phone Call, followed by a take-home coding challenge. If that was successful, there was a code review and discussion interview, then a Technical interview with two senior engineers, and finally a Hiring Manager Interview.

It was mainly a technical discussion, covering Ruby on Rails and system design. They dug deep into my resume, asking about my experience with databases, microservices, and cloud services. There were also questions about behavioral aspects and cultural fit.
