Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fullscript.
Customer Service Representative
Applied initially, then had a chat with the HR manager, followed by a video call with two managers. It was a pretty standard interview. Didn't get the job though. This happened a while ago during some company mergers.
- What makes you the most suitable candidate for this role?
Customer Service Specialist
I got referred to this job and the initial part of the hiring process was a trivia night at the Clock Tower Brew Pub. I met a lot of the execs there and got to talk with the CS management. After that, I was invited for an interview a few weeks later. It felt more like a casual chat than a real interview. They seemed to be looking for genuine people. It was a nice change from the usual interview. Just be yourself, show you fit the company values and culture, and mention your relevant experience, and you'll likely get an offer.
- Can you tell us about your past work experience?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too stressful. I had to pass like three stages, but they felt fair and reasonable. The whole process was smooth. You just need to understand what a customer success role entails.
- Why should we hire you?
- Why do you want this role?
- What are your future career aspirations?
